My progress of the year (from feb to feb)/ Mes progrès de l'année (de fév à fév)
Yesterday i dyed the last 100 grs of merinos i've got, so i purshased from Florence/ Les laines du Mouchon some other wool, like falkland, shetland, grey masham, brown corriedale and a mix of wool and silk, to try, to experiment, to touch too.
So i started spinning the other evening even if the it wasn't completly dry, i was too impatient to spin! So i let the other part of the wool drying in front of the chimney. (Very funny word 'cos the french word is close to this one)
Hier j'ai teins mes derniers 100grs de merinos que j'avais donc j'ai acheté à Florence/ Les laines du mouchon d'autres laines, comme du falkland, shetland, masham gris, corriedale brun et un mélange de laine et soie, pour essayer, pour expérimenter, pour toucher aussi!
Donc j'ai commencé à filer l'autre soir même si ce n'était pas completement sec, j'étais trop impatiente de filer!! J'ai donc laissé l'autre partie de la laine sêcher devant la cheminée.
I baked a kind of homemade Bounty, i need practice and to wait more (around one night in the fridge) before eating them. So as they were harden in the fridge i watched my other Jonah Matranga DVD and it was just awesome! I love his voice it's the best men voice i've heard since Thom Yorke!
HE IS REALLY AWESOME, i wish one day i could see him live because he got such a gorgeous voice and his texts are so intimate. Plus, what a cutie!!!!!!!
J'ai fait des sorte de Bounty maison mais je dois en refaire histoire de m'améliorer et attendre plus longtemps (au moins une nuit au frigo) avant de les manger! Donc pendant que tout ça durcissait au frigo j'ai regardé un autre dvd de Jonah Matranga et c'était genial! J'adore sa voix c'est une des meilleure voix masculine que j'ai entendu depuis Thom Yorke!
Il est vraiment génial , j'espère qu'un jour je pourrais le voir en concert parce qu'il assure vraiment en live et ses textes sont intimes. En plus il est charmant!!!!!!!

Drive, drove, driven, Conduire ....
J'ai reconduit et ça s'est un peu mieux passé, j'ai toujours du mal à être optimiste mais je le suis un peu quand même, je me dis que j'y arriverais bien un jour et je le veux ce permis!! Alors je vais essayer de donner le meilleur de moi même à chaque leçon et essayer d'être de plus en plus autonome.
I drove again and it was a little bit better, i 've always difficulties to be optimistic but i am a bit, and i told to myself that i want this driver licence!! So i will give the best out of me at each lesson and try to be more and more autonomous.
Le 19 février il y a la diffusion du film « Nos enfants nous accuseront » au Thor à 20H30 en présence du réalisateur donc si vous êtes dans le Vaucluse à cette date venez , la séance sera suivie d'un débat et d'une collation avec des produit issus de l'agriculture Biologique.
On febuary 19th there is a movie called « Our children will accusing us » in Le Thor at 20H30 with the director so if you are in the Vaucluse area come to see that, there will be a debate and a light meal with organic food.

Activities / Activitées
Pas trop envie de parler, j'ai repris la conduite et je suis si mauvaise que ça me contrarie assez. Voici mes dernières activitées en photo, mattage de dvd, filage, pelettonage tout ça dans le désordre.

It was a good day!
Ce matin j'ai regardé United States of Leland, c'est un très beau film, j'ai beaucoup aimé et je crois que ça a suffit à me mettre de bonne humeur pour la journée malgrès le temps pluvieux etr gris.
This morning i watched United States of Leland, it's a beautiful film, i really liked it and i think it's made my day and i was in a good mood for the rest of the day even throught the grey and rainy sky.
J'ai donc tricoté un peu ma couverture puis je l'ai étendue sur mon lit, puis j'ai regardé ce film et à un moment je me retourne et je vois ça:
I knitted a bit of my handspun blanket then i lay it on my bed, then i watched that movie and after a while i turn my head and i see that:
Le chat sur MA couverture, Filée ENTIEREMENT à la Main!! Ma première réaction fut: « haaaaaa dégage de là! » puis finalment: « il est pas con ce chat, il a des goût de luxe! » et je suis retournée à mon film et lui est resté à faire sa sieste.
The cat on MY blanket, ENTIRELY spun and knitted by my little hands!! My first reaction was: haaaaa get off here!!! then finally : « he's not so bad, it has luxury taste! » and i return to my movie and he rested into his nap.
Après j'ai regardé un épisode de poirot, oui j'adore ça, j'aime Agatha Christie et j'aime particulièrement son très célèbre personnage Hercule Poirot, tout en tricotant le pull bleu que j'appelle « corvée » mais qui au fur et à mesure que la volonté est venue n'en n'est plus une (de corvée).
After i watched an episode of Poirot, yes i watch that program, shame on me but i love Agatha Christie's novel and especially her so famous character Hercule Poirot, while knitting the blue sweater that i call « unpleasant task » but bit by bit the will is coming it's not a chore.
Je me suis amusé à prendre mes animaux en photo avec le « mode macro » de mon petit appareil photo et je me suis bien amusée, certaines sont pas mal enfin rigolote quoi!
I had some fun in taking my animals in pictures with « macro mode » of my little camera and i really had fun, some are good, i mean funny what!
Et j'ai fini de filé ma mèche teinte verte et bleue, d'ailleurs faudra que j'aille faire un tour à Avignon, chiner les boutique en quête de petites douceurs pour ma fillieul de l'échange d'écheveaux.
And i finished to spun my handdyed blue and green roving, talking about spinning i should go to shop a little in Avignon, searching some goodies to my swap partner!
Voilà, c'est à peu près tout pour le moment j'espère avoir fini ou presque le corps de corvée et peut être aller faire un tour avec le chien s'il ne pleut pas.
Voilà, it's the resume of my little good day, i hope to finish « chore » body and maybe to go for a walk with the dog if it's not raining.

Mardi: Filage de mon premier fil à cocon + tricot / Spinning my first cocoon yarn + knitting
Mercredi: Dossiers fini et envoyés + tricot / Finished and sent files + knitting
Jeudi: Patisserie, j'ai prévu de faire des cinnamon rolls! ou rouleau à la cannelle + tricot / Baking!! I want to make cinnamon rolls!! + knitting
Vendredi: J'espère avoir fini quelque chose au tricot quand même!! / I wish i will finish some knitted stuff!!

Samedi: Fête de la laine à CREST (Drôme)!!!! Je sais juste qu'il y a un concert folk interessant à Marseille (Mariee Sioux) / Wool Festival in Crest!!! (Drôme) I know there an interesting folk concert in Marseille (Mariee Sioux)
Dimanche: Fête de la laine à CREST !!!! Et je compte bien y aller! / Wool Festival in Crest!! I will come!!!

Chronique d'un temps pourri/ Column of a bad weather
On sort pas, on tourne en rond, on tricote, on s'emm****!
Bon mes avancées: j'en suis au dos du pull bleu, j'ai avancé ma couverture en laine filée main, je tricote de temps à autre mon hoodie j'en suis à l'empiecement.
I don't go outdoor, I turn around in the house, I knit, I'm getting bored!
My progess: i started the back of the blue sweater, i knit on my handspun blanket a bit and sometimes i knit the yoke of my hoodie.
